Designed for sergeants through command staff, it provides practical tools to reduce liability, strengthen performance, and lead decisively in both daily operations and critical incidents.

Chief Hughes and Bob Meader have over forty-three years of combined law enforcement leadership in supervisory ranks with both large and medium size agencies.

Group Crisis Intervention & Assisting Individuals in Crisis

Three-Day Training: Runs 8 AM - 5 PM daily (Lunch will be provided).

Team Focus: Designed for groups of at least 25 participants.

Competency: Participants gain skills to handle crises professionally.

Empower Your Team to Navigate Crisis Situations Effectively

This grant-funded training prepares individuals to provide support during challenging times.

Combining principles for group and individual settings, participants gain tools to:

  • Conduct situational assessments.

  • Implement appropriate interventions.

  • Facilitate group and individual peer support.

  • Collaborate with resources for ongoing care.

  • Introduction to Stress & Crisis Intervention

  • Overview of CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management)
